MSIA Program Director Dr. Michel E. Kabay, CISSP-ISSMP, will deliver a lecture on information security in an open network environment on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, at the Boule de Cristal 2008 conference in Montreal, QC, Canada. He will teach a workshop on human factors in information assurance on Thursday, February 28. It will be published quarterly in the UK both in print and electronic form starting in January 2009.
